Since Monday (27-7-2020) Habib Rizieq Shihab's billboard video cannot be burned by viral demonstrators on social media. Allegedly, the demonstrators were a group of pro-communist Neo Marxists.

Previously, they trampled billboards with a picture of Habib Rizieq Sihab and threw tomatoes at him.

After failing to burn, the demonstrators ripped through the billboard Habib Rizieq accompanied by defamation and verbal abuse.

This anarchist action took place on Monday (27-7-2020) in front of the People's Consultative Assembly Building / the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta.

What lessons can we take from actions that damage Indonesia's reputation?

As a democratic country, it is certainly an obligation for all Indonesians to always maintain tolerance towards their fellow human beings. Ethnic, racial, class and religious diversity must not be sources of hostility. Moreover, Habib Rizieq Shihab is a religious figure who is respected by millions of Muslims in Indonesia. In fact, he is a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad shallallahu alaihi wasallam.

The demonstrators' actions clearly did not reflect Pancasila, especially the third principle, namely the Indonesian Unity. What they do includes damaging unity relations among the nation's children in this country.

So what needs to be done?

Now, two days have passed. Habib Rizieq Shihab's billboard, which the mass failed to burn, was confiscated by Muslims. On Tuesday (28-7-2020) afternoon, the dashing figure of Habib Rizieq was placed in front of the LPI MS Headquarters FPI Headquarters in Petamburan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Then, Muslims in various regions also put up thousands of Habib Rizieq Shihab billboards and banners.

So, the most important thing now is to continue to strengthen the unity of Indonesia. And, in connection with a failed burning effort, it must be processed in strict accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.

We all wish the best for this beloved homeland. The latent danger of communism must always be watched out for the sake of the sustainability of Indonesia which is guided by Pancasila.
